Increasing physical awareness

  • How do I feel when I am eating a specific item?
  • What is going on for me when I eat it versus the story in my head about it?
  • What AM I aware of when I go about my business of putting something to eat in my mouth?
  • Let your senses guide, and talk to you body gently and consistently…letting it know that you are there to listen to it (finally).
  • What might your body want from you, rather than that overwrought place in your head?
  • And then further down…when do I actually feel full versus my normal routine of what I tell myself is full?
  • Give yourself to a place where you and your body are one, on a delicious journey.
